I cannot stress enough how great my experience was at North County Injury Lawyers. On my day off from work some friends and I took our bikes for ride on Pacific St. in Oceanside, near where I live. We were close to Buccaneer Beach when a car turned left right in front of me and my friends and literally ran over me. Thankfully my friends are all lifeguards and paramedics, so they were able to stabilize me at the scene, but I was transferred to the Trauma Unit at Scripps La Jolla with several fractures and ended up spending several days in the hospital and missing months of work. It was a major disruption in my life. I was referred to North County Injury Lawyers by a friend and am feeling grateful that I ended up with Randy Walton and his team. It turned out the person who hit me was uninsured, but thankfully I had underinsured motorist coverage and Randy was able to get me the entire policy limits after some wrangling with my insurance company. I was in a car accident while driving in Lake San Marcos where I live. The investigation of my claim was diligent and thorough; the minute details pled in the complaint reflected that effort. My son was hit by a car and had a serious and possible permanent arm injury. I was referred to Randy by a friend who was an Assistant City Attorney in San Diego County. Last year my boyfriend and I were in the backseat of an Uber on I-8 when we got rear-ended. It was bad. The rear bumper came all the way into the back seat where we were sitting, and it is a miracle we weren't killed. We all suffered pretty serious injuries, including the Uber driver. Not long after the accident we decided we should probably hire a lawyer. We heard good things about North County Injury Lawyers, so we called and now feel lucky that we did. It turned out that the insurance situation was complicated. The driver who hit us had a low insurance policy, but Randy and Kristen Walton were able to open a large policy that covers Uber drivers. That turned out to be so important, because as time went on, the back pain I was feeling from the accident didn't go away, and I needed a lot of medical care. Plus, it was impacting my job at Starbucks. Randy was able to get me to better doctors and ultimately got me more money than I thought was possible when the Uber insurance company eventually offered its entire insurance policy. It all took a little while, but at the end it was worth it. Everyone at North County Injury Lawyers was really friendly and welcoming, and great about keeping me informed as the case went on. I don't do reviews much but am glad to give North County Injury Lawyers five stars. They deserve it. Last year I was headed home on San Marcos Blvd. when a young kid turned left right in front of me. My car was totaled, and when I got home my back was killing me. Because I have a history of back problems, I went to the doctor and was sent to physical therapy and ultimately have had to get several shots in my spine. When I made contact with the insurance company for the driver who hit me, I started to get the run around because the kid denied the accident was his fault. I figured I better get a lawyer involved and found Walton Law Firm. All I can say is that North County Injury Lawyers was amazing. They demanded settlement and when the insurance company made a ridiculously small offer, we went ahead a sued the negligent driver. After some litigation, the insurance finally paid the entirety of the kid's insurance policy. I had underinsured motorist coverage on my car, so we made a claim for a policy limits settlement against it, and they also made a small offer. I am not really sure what Randy Walton did, but about six weeks after the small offer, the insurance company agreed to pay me all of my underinsured motorist policy. I got the max from two insurance policies.
